ACT Clean Technologies, Inc. (Stock Symbol: ACLH), announced today that its subsidiary, American Petroleum Solutions, Inc. (APS), is entering the California idle and orphan well program.

APS patented technology may be able to improve production levels on these abandoned wells and make them economic producers once again. The senior management of the company has past major project experience including the Mobil Oil -- Torrance Refinery, Southern California Gas Company, Southern California Edison Company and the Long Beach Unified School District.

Bill Anderson, the President of American Petroleum Solutions said,
